Official rules for the Yam Stigmata raffle

Important - Existing Appointments

People who already have appointments scheduled with the artist are not related to this raffle. This raffle is exclusively for future tattoo sessions and does not affect appointments already scheduled.

Raffle Rules

Exclusive Location

Sessions will be held exclusively at Golden Tattoo Studio.

Design Selection

The winner can choose any design as long as it is discussed and approved beforehand with the artist.

Additional Costs

If the design requires more time than reflected in the prize due to circumstances beyond the artist's control (example: low pain tolerance, sudden plans, last-minute changes, or any other circumstance beyond the artist's control that may hinder the completion of the piece within the agreed time), additional costs will be applied according to the studio's standard rate.

Scheduling Time

The prize must be scheduled within 3 months following the raffle.

Transferability

Prizes are transferable only with prior notification and written authorization from the artist.

Minimum Age

The minimum age to claim the prize is 18 years old.

Health Conditions

The artist reserves the right not to tattoo people under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or with medical conditions that pose a risk.

Non-Cashable

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, money, or products other than those described.

Taxes

No additional taxes apply to winners.

Image Rights

The artist may photograph and publish the resulting tattoos as part of their portfolio and professional promotion.

Raffle Transparency

The raffle will be conducted live through official social media, ensuring complete transparency of the process.

Purchasing a ticket implies full acceptance of these rules and terms.
